Phil & Kim LaRue

Pastor

Phil LaRue has been Pastor of New Life Rector since 2001, when he and his wife Kim moved to Rector with their two sons, Ryan and Blake. They were married in June of 1989, and have been serving in various ministry capacities ever since. Pastor LaRue has filled the roles of Youth Pastor, Assistant Pastor, church planter, AR Section 9 Secretary, as well as the Lead Pastor role he serves in now. Since God has brought the LaRue’s to Rector, the church has experienced a bright new season under their leadership, including the construction of a new facility and a growing discipleship program. Pastor LaRue is known as a wise and knowledgable leader, with compassion for people and a vision to see revival in northeast Arkansas. Sis. LaRue, having grown up in the church, serves as music director and in Ladies Ministry. She is blessed with tremendous singing and musical ability along with her sense of humor, kindness, and love for conversation, which adds to the family-based atmosphere at the church. She and Pastor LaRue are a treasured couple, and both of their sons are involved contributors at New Life. Together, they strive to make a difference in the community and in lives that they come in contact with. They have continued to make New Life Rector a place of refuge, growth, and love for all who are a part.

Ryan & Kierstin LaRue

Assistant & Youth Pastor

Ryan LaRue serves New Life Rector as Assistant Pastor and Youth Pastor along with his lovely wife, Kierstin. Married in 2013, they have strived to contribute to and advance the church in any way they can. Living in Rector with their two dogs, Yadi and Winston, they are eagerly awaiting the arrival of Baby Anna LaRue! Ryan felt the call of ministry at the age of 15 and has been working in ministry ever since. For several years he has served Section 9 of the Arkansas District UPCI as Youth President. Known for engaging preaching and sense of humor, he has a passion for revival in those of all ages and backgrounds. Serving directly under Pastor LaRue, he works to support the growth of individuals and the church as a whole. Kierstin serves New Life with an anointed singing talent, leading a growing Ladies Bible Study, and her notable love and compassion for people. Together, they have made a dynamic team for the New Life family.

Mike & Ronda March

Outreach & Evangelism

Mike March passionately serves New Life Rector as Outreach Director and in evangelism. Married in 1996, he and Ronda have been working in ministry from the beginning. Mike has a unique, upbeat personality and can bring laughter out of nearly anyone. Occasionally evangelizing at other churches, he makes it a priority to reach out to anyone with the Gospel. While Ronda has a passion for children’s ministry and family, she loves the church and serves in any place where there is a need. Living in Rector, they are often found at the center of what’s happening at New Life, and have become a beloved fixture in the church family.
